This page says what the Kara Tejarat Mehr Aein site collects, why it collects it and what it does with it.
What we collect
The only place personal data is entered is the supply-request form. There we collect:
- your name, and your company's name if you give it;
- a phone number and an e-mail address, so the answer reaches you by the channel you chose;
- the text of the request and the lines of your item list (order code and quantity);
- attachments, if you attach any;
- the page the form was sent from and its language, so the answer is written in that language.
Browsing products, downloading a catalogue and searching need no account and no personal data.
Why we collect it
Only to review the request technically and to send you an answer and a quotation. This data is not sold and is not passed to anyone for advertising.
Attachments
Each request accepts at most three files, up to 10 MB each, as PDF, XLSX, JPG, PNG or WEBP. Files are kept in private storage and cannot be reached from outside; only the Kara Tejarat team sees them.
The internal notification e-mail
When a request arrives, the sales team gets a notification e-mail that carries none of your data — no name, no number, no request text. It only says a new request has come in, and the team reads it in the internal panel.
Tracking a request
The tracking code alone does not open a request's status; you also have to enter the same phone number or e-mail address you gave in the request. So if the code reaches someone else, they see nothing.
Cookies
This site has no advertising and no tracking cookies. It has two:
ktm_theme— remembers the light or dark theme you chose.__Host-ktm_form— an anonymous identifier for the request form that keeps automated and abusive submissions out. It does not know who you are and works only on this site.
Performance measurement
So that we know how quickly pages open, we collect a few performance numbers from the browser: how long loading took, the route template of the page ("product page", not the exact address) and the size class of the screen. The page address, your IP address and any personal data are not part of these numbers, and they are deleted after 30 days.
Keeping and deleting
Request data is kept for as long as it is needed to answer and follow up. You can ask at any time for a request and its attachments to be deleted; write to us through the contact channels on this site and it will be done.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you. Use the contact channels on the contact page.
Changes to this text
If this text changes, the update date at the foot of this page changes with it.
