Are prices shown on the site?
No. Price and delivery time depend on stock, supply conditions and the day's rate, and they change quickly. So that you never read an out-of-date figure, the price is given in the quotation after the order code has been reviewed.
I don't have the exact order code. What now?
Send the product name, the specifications or a clear photo of the equipment's nameplate, and a technical specialist will suggest the right code. If the item is out of production, its successor is named as well.
Which files can I attach?
Up to 3 files in PDF, XLSX, JPG, PNG or WEBP, each up to 10 MB.
Do you also supply discontinued products?
Send the code of the item you have. For discontinued products the suggested successor is named with the manufacturer's official source — for example the S7-1500 family for an S7-300. A successor is not a guaranteed equivalent and has to be matched to your application.
How is the answer sent?
By the channel you chose in the form: phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. If you did not give the details for the channel you chose, the form tells you before it is sent.
Do I have to register to download a catalogue?
No. The datasheet, catalogue and installation guide of every family are in the technical document library and download without a form or an account.
